Know Your Rights

  • You have the right to go the repair shop of your choice.
  • You are not required by law to obtain more than one estimate of appraisal.
  • Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work.
  • You may leave your vehicle at our shop and ask your insurance company to inspect it here.

Your First Call Solution

When your car is disabled due to an accident call us first at 281-589-2639. We will have a tow truck dispatched immediately to your location and returned to our 15,000 square foot facility.

We're on Your Side

When your vehicle arrives our team of estimators will guide you through every step of the repair process to make sure your claim is filed properly and you receive the coverage to which you are entitled, no matter who you are insured with. If you need temporary tranportation, we have an On-Site Rental Car Service.
